ezHealthInsuranceCA is very strict on complying with HIPAA(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. We do not release or furnish any of your personal information to any other organization not involved in the application process of your health insurance. Due to our unique direct relationship with major California health insurance carriers; any information you provide on your application pertaining to your medical status will remain in health insurance carrier’s database unless otherwise noted by you (the applicant).

We are committed keeping your privacy protected. As your California state licensed insurance agent we are simply here to work for you. It is our duty to assist you in finding the right health insurance for you and/or your family. After applying we keep track of your application until you are approved. You will also have full access to keep track of your application during the underwriting process to see what the status is at all times.
